Lloyd Hancock, in establishing the Youth
Enterprise Trust (YET) in 1990, put into action his own passionate
belief: that every individual has their own personal and vocational
gifts. His vision and his efforts, and the commitment of all
those who work with and contribute to YET, have encouraged
many young people to help themselves, to take responsibility
and to believe in their own abilities and strengths. Already,
more than 500 people have graduated from the YET program and
their success rate in getting jobs or continuing education
is exceptional.
