YOUTH FIELD TEAM - Field Guides/Team Leaders

and a resume. All Field positions are typically full-time and based
at Woodstock, the Trust's rural property situated between Logan and
Tamborine Village, 50 minutes south of Brisbane.
Field Guides are directly involved in conduct
of the YET Programme, which is detailed on this web-site.
Team Leaders coordinate the conduct of the
YET Programme and the many other YET activities based at Woodstock.
Provision for time off following each Programme helps
this intensive work to remain sustainable for all in our Field Team.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-
Maturity, commitment and flexibility to be part
of a small team working in both remote and rural residential settings,
isolated for up to 2 weeks, approximately 7 times per year.

Experience in working along-side young people
in challenging, practical hands-on activities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A high level of physical fitness and personal
resilience.

Skills/experience relating to overnight bush-walking.
-
Practical skills relating to remote/rural properties
or aptitude to obtain them would be desirable.

Open Driver's license; Senior First Aid certificate;
Suitability Notice for child related employment.
