Mr Don McDonald (Chairman), MAICD

Until recently Don was Chairman/Managing Director of Lincoln Sentry Group (a family owned business employing 400 staff / 26 branches in Aust / NZ with an annual turnover of $150m) prior to selling to Alesco Ltd in January 2007.

Justine Hickey B Com, GAICD, SA FinSIA

Justine’s background is in investments – in Australia and the UK

Justine is now a professional company director. She sits on the boards of Australian Ethical Investment Ltd, Hyperion Flagship Investments Ltd and Rio Tinto Staff Super Fund. She is also a member of the investment committees of University of Melbourne and boutique manager, Dalton Nicol Reid. She chairs the Youth Enterprise Trust Foundation.

Mr Tim Medhurst, B Sc (Surveying), Dip Ed, M Sc (Glaciology)

Tim is a glaciologist, licensed surveyor and is involved in a number of commercial joint ventures.  Tim has had a 30 year involvement with Outward Bound Australia (OBA), most recently as Executive Director.  He is currently an adviser/ consultant to Outward Bound International.  Tim is also a director of Australian Outward Bound Foundation, The Bipolar Expedition and The Ethos Foundation.

Ms Claire Brereton, B Sc (Eng), MACS (Sen), GAICD

Claire is an independent IT Governance and management consultant. She has 20 years of experience managing IT for hospitals, banks and government organisations. Claire has a strong project management, risk management and consultancy track record having worked in commercial, government and not for profit environments.  Claire is also a director of the IT Service Management Forum.

Mr Andrew Perkins, Dip F Man., B Econ,

Andrew is a Director at Williams Hall Chadwick Consulting.  An economist with 15 years experience consulting to public and private companies, individuals, government and community organisations on matters relating to finance and economics.
