Off-sider Phase

The Off-Sider Phase of the Youth Enterprise Trust Programme aims to provide an extended period of encouragement to the young people recently graduated from our Programme.

The Trust matches each graduate with an "Off-sider" who encourages self management and commitment to pursuing the personal and vocational goals identified during the earlier phases. Graduates receive regular follow up from their Off-sider for twelve months.
